FRONT END LOADER OPERATIONS

COURSE DURATION:   3 Days

This course is designed to give basic training to people new to the civil construction industry who do not have previous front end loader operating experience and who will receive further on the job experience at the completion of training.

The training provides a foundation of knowledge, safety awareness, care of machines and operating techniques.

On completion of training, operators need on the job front end loader operation, initially under supervision. Their productivity will rapidly increase as they gain more operating time and a range of job experiences.

COURSE CONTENT:

CERTIFICATION: 

A trainee successfully completing the course will be issued with: 

-        CTM’s Course Report, outlining the trainees overall performance

-        National OH&S Certificate of Competency Code LL (Operator of Front End Loader), issued by the NSW WorkCover Authority.

Industry Relevance & Employment Opportunities

This program will give the operator the knowledge and skills that will enable them to commence a career in the Civil Construction Industry.

Employment opportunities may exist in the following areas: 

-        Earthmoving Contractors

-        Quarry Operations

-        Mining

-        Local Government Departments.
