and our registration by the Vocational Education and Training Board
(Vetab) empowers us to deliver training, conduct assessment and issue
qualifications.
Tony Rogers
has had thirty-two years operational and supervisory experience in The
Civil Construction, Transport and Mining Industries. During this period
he worked on various national major contracts - Greenvale Rail Project
North Queensland, Rebuild of Darwin after cyclone Tracy, third runway
at Sydney International Airport, underground tunneling through Blue
Mountains in preparation for the train system. Recent International
projects include training at Luigong and Shanghai in China as well as
Norfolk Island in the South Pacific.
Prior to forming CTMTS, Tony held
the position of Training & Operations Manager and Trainer and Assessor
with nine years experience at various organisations. Responsibilities
included sourcing new business and the provision of commercial training
nationally and internationally. Strategic planning of the Traineeship
program, which encompassed 1000 trainees across the state of NSW, was
a large portion of his duties. He is a Director at
CTMTS.

Jennifer Rogers - Training &
Operations Manager & AQTF Coordinator
Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to CTMTS
having Owned/Ran different Companies over the years. Her pleasant
attitude and can do approach makes the running of CTMTS on a daily
basis a very enjoyable work environment, which flows throughout the
entire company.Jenni is also responsible for managing all AQTF
requirements for CTM.

Fay has been involved in the construction industry for the last 35
years. She has a wealth of
experience in office procedures, having been responsible for all
administration activities at
her family business, Warringah Gravel & Stone Supplies Pty Ltd,
Belrose. The Quarry
materials contributed to many sea walls and road building in the
Sydney metropolitan area.
